Welcome to Moak Transport Ltd ("Moak Transport", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website at https://moaktransports.com/ ("Site") and/or our services for booking rides or renting vehicles, you ("User", "Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Moak Transport Ltd provides:

  • On-demand ride booking services.
  • Car rental services on a short- and long-term basis.

Our services are available within the United States, primarily operated under the jurisdiction of New Jersey State Law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age for ride booking and 21 years of age for car rentals.
  • You must possess a valid driver’s license for car rentals.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted in the registration or booking form.

3. Booking Rides

  • All ride bookings are subject to availability.
  • Fare estimates are based on distance, time, and service category and may be subject to change due to unforeseen factors (traffic, tolls, etc.).
  • Rides may be cancelled by the customer up to 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time without a cancellation fee. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Car Rental

  • Car rentals are subject to availability and acceptance of a rental agreement provided at the time of booking.
  • Renters must provide a valid U.S. driver's license and a credit card.
  • Insurance is required and may be provided by the renter or purchased through Moak Transport.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, except as covered by the insurance.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via our accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • You authorize Moak Transport to charge your payment method for all services requested.
  • Late return of rental vehicles may incur additional charges.
  • Security deposits may be required for rentals and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Ride cancellations made at least 15 minutes in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Car rental cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking charge.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Damage, tamper, or misuse any vehicle or property of Moak Transport.
  • Engage in abusive behavior toward drivers or staff.

Moak Transport reserves the right to deny services to individuals who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moak Transport Ltd shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss or theft of personal property left in vehicles.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other events outside our control.

9. Insurance & Liability

  • Moak Transport maintains required commercial liability insurance as per New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Renters must carry valid personal insurance or purchase coverage through Moak Transport.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Newark, New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

Moak Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services after any such updates constitutes acceptance.
